Fortunity exists to catch those moments before they disappear.

Privacy Policy
Fortunity was built on one simple promise: your data belongs to you, and only you. This policy explains, in plain terms, exactly how that promise is kept.
- Information We Collect. Fortunity does not collect any personal information. There are no accounts to create, no names, email addresses, phone numbers, or locations requested. When you enter gift ideas, favorite details, sizes, dislikes, red lines, or important dates for the people in your life, that information is never transmitted to us — we simply have no access to it.
- How We Use Information. Because we don't collect any information, we don't use, analyze, sell, or share it either. There is no advertising profile, no behavioral tracking, and no data pipeline of any kind. Every feature of Fortunity — creating memory cards, saving gift hints, logging dates — runs entirely on your device.
- Data Storage. All content you add to Fortunity, including memory cards, notes, dates, and preferences, is stored locally on your device only. There is no cloud sync, no remote database, and no server that ever receives a copy of your entries.
- Third-Party Services. Fortunity does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. No external company receives information about how you use the app or what you store in it.
- Data Security. Since your information never leaves your device, the primary security measure is the security of your device itself. We recommend using your device's built-in passcode or biometric lock to protect locally stored data, as with any personal app.
- Children's Privacy. Fortunity does not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected from any user, the app is compliant with the spirit and requirements of COPPA by design.
- Your Control. You are always in full control of your data. Since everything lives locally, deleting the app removes all associated content immediately and permanently. There are no cloud backups, no linked accounts, and no copies retained anywhere by us.
- Changes to This Policy. This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page will always be updated to reflect the most recent version.
